What is a conversation?

One conversation is one customer thread: three emails going back and forth. That's the unit your plan's monthly limit counts, and most support questions resolve well within it.

How long does install take?

Two minutes. One-click OAuth from the Shopify App Store, plus a 30-second email connect. No plugins, no SDKs, no code.

Which AI powers the drafts?

Best-in-class language models for drafting and self-critique, lightweight models for intent classification, and high-quality embeddings for KB retrieval. All vendors contractually agree not to train on submitted data.

Do I lose control when Repley answers automatically?

You keep the controls. Repley handles tickets A to Z on its own; legal questions, truly furious customers, and anything below your confidence floor are escalated to you instead of sent. Every action is audit-logged.

Where is my data stored?

Primary infrastructure is EU-hosted (Hetzner Frankfurt + Supabase EU). Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Transfers to US-based AI providers use SCCs with zero-retention endpoints.

Does Repley write to my Shopify store?

No. Repley requests read-only scopes. It never updates orders, refunds customers, or modifies your store. Sending replies happens through your own SMTP.

Can I migrate from Gorgias / Zendesk / Help Scout?

Not yet. Repley replaces a single-inbox workflow, it doesn't run alongside a help-desk. If you want to switch, write to hello@repley.io and we'll scope the migration.
