What is a conversation?

One conversation is one customer thread: three emails going back and forth. That's the unit your plan's monthly limit counts, and most support questions resolve well within it.

Do AI replies cost extra?

No. Every conversation in your plan includes the full pipeline: the draft, the citations, sentiment scoring, and escalation. There is no per-resolution meter, on any tier.

What happens when I go over my limit?

Nothing surprising. You get an alert at 80% of your included conversations, and past the limit a flat overage applies: €0.35 on Starter, €0.28 on Growth, €0.22 on Scale, only for what you actually use.

What happens during BFCM?

The same flat fee. Peak volume draws on your included conversations, and beyond them the normal overage applies. No peak surcharges, no AI meter running while your sale is live.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes, two months free (≈17%): Starter €82, Growth €190, Scale €414 per month, billed annually.

How does the free trial work?

Fourteen days free on any plan. Billing runs through Shopify, so it starts and stops with your app subscription. Cancel anytime, month-to-month by default.
